Mission & Vision

Allen Properties runs each location within our Operations Manual “system”, in order to keep our service consistent and professional.  We are able to produce timely, accurate and useful reporting for our owners with YARDI software.  We also are able to secure pricing breaks for ownership due to our size, yet we are not so large that personal service is compromised.

In addition to their group investments, Allen Properties has represented a select group of individual clients as their broker on the private acquisition and sale of apartment properties. The principals have successfully guided numerous clients through the complex requirements of 1031 tax deferred exchanges and assisted investors in building significant portfolios.
